- Customized Program (Weight Training, Conditioning & Mobility) – We take the standard program and make changes based on your strengths, weaknesses, training history, health history, equipment availability, time constraints and athletic goals. In addition, we add on a mobility program on your recovery days to increase results gained from stressful workouts.
- Weekly Updates – For individuals whose schedules changes weekly and need that program to change with it.
- Weekly Check In – For individuals who know are stepping into the weight room for the first time and did not know my training style.
- Monthly Mindset Workshop – A workshop created to help individual build a mental game that ensure that the time spent training is effectively shown during game time.
